As we come to the end of this turbulent year, like many people, I am reflecting and making resolutions for the future. 2020 has taught me to count my blessings even more than I did before, to take advantage of opportunities to learn things I wouldn’t usually learn and to never give up on lifelong dreams and ambitions.
Despite being such an ancient practice, yoga is trendier than ever in the 21st century.
Business Standard estimates that by the end of 2020, there will be 55 million people worldwide using yoga to exercise and relieve stress.
Which begs the question – what is all the fuss about?
Needless to say, the world feels weird right now. It is full of a kind of uncertainty that I am pretty sure is new to all of us.
So I thought I would share some things that I have found are helping to keep me occupied. Things that I am doing to “keep the Goblins away”, as my wonderful Grandpa used to say.
